      This weekend, Stick To Your Guns and Being As An Ocean will be hauling up the West Coast for a few charity shows, with proceeds going to the Wildlife Defence League. Trial and Seattle band To The Wind will also be performing at tomorrow night’s show at Hawthorne Theater in Portland, and on Sunday at El Corazon in Seattle as well. Tickets for the Seattle show start at $12!

      Having toured the Eastern half of America with Norma Jean, our boys in Emery will be returning through Texas, California, Oregon, and landing in Seattle this November with The Classic Crime and Artifex Pereo. PNW dates include Portland’s Hawthorne Theater 11/20 and Seattle’s El Corazon 11/21. VIP tickets with acoustic set and meet-and-greet perks are up now for purchase!

      Rock trio Smile Empty Soul is back with a new record, ‘Chemicals’, and an upcoming tour supporting Wayne Static and Otep along the West coast.       The long-awaited West coast leg of Emery’s ‘The Weak’s End’ 10th Anniversary Tour is getting more meaty, with venue and dates posted last night. Emery, The Classic Crime’s Matt MacDonald, This Wild Life, and Peace Mercutio will kick off in Seattle 1/24 at El Corazon, and follow up with a date in Portland’s Bossanova Ballroom the following evening. Keep an eye out for ticketing information!


    5. News : The Weaks’ End 10th Anniversary Tour West Coast Dates Added

      Seattle icon Emery will be continuing ‘The Weak’s End’ 10th Anniversary Tour for about two weeks in the new year, with dates in Seattle 1/24 and Portland 1/25, featuring original guitarist/vocalist Devin Shelton. Supporting acts The Classic Crime (Matt MacDonald Acoustic) and Peace Mercutio, both Seattle bands, will continue with the tour, and Long Beach CA’s This Wild Life will also be playing. Keep your eyes peeled for venue and ticketing information!


    6. News : Wire Announces Drill: Seattle Festival

      Following the release of Wire’s 13th studio record ‘Change Becomes Us’, the long-running British quartet has posted dates for a West coast tour and announced plans to bring their Drill festival to Seattle. The band will come up the West coast in late November, hit Portland 11/20 with Helmet and Chastity Belt, and culminate in the Drill: Seattle Festival. The lineup and venues for the festival are as follows: 11/21 at Barboza, with Earth, Pillar Point, and Drill, 11/22 at The Crocodile with Helmet, (TBA), and FF, and 11/23 at Neumos with Wire, Chastity Belt, Vestals, and the Pinkflag Guitar Orchestra.     7. News : Prestige Joins Adestria, Dayseeker, Others For The Final Chapter Tour Date 11/29

      Local hardcore act Prestige will be joining The Final Chapter Tour show at El Corazon 11/29, sharing the stage with Adestria, Kingdom Of Giants, Dayseeker, and Death Of An Era. Tickets are available on the El Corazon calendar now, and are $10 advance and $12 at the door.

      Indie megaband San Fermin will be bringing their massive, catchy take on chamber pop to Portland 10/18, Seattle’s Barboza this Saturday, 10/19, and Vancouver BC 10/20. The Brooklyn-based 8-piece is masterminded by composer/arranger Ellis Ludwig-Leone, and has garnered plenty of attention for the first single, Sonsick, a song you can check out below!
