Last week, Kelly, Kyle, and I hit up Showbox at the Market for Bayside’s 15th Birthday Tour. Now halfway through the North American route, Bayside’s variety show tour package includes veteran band Senses Fail, New Jersey pop punks Man Overboard, and Ontario Pure Noise quintet Seaway.

New Jersey’s Man Overboard just put out a new song from their upcoming split with Senses Fail titled “One Fixed Point”. It’s a slammer. Preorder the split from MerchNow, and be sure to catch this band with Bayside in Portland 3/17 or at Seattle’s ShowBox 3/18. Tickets for the Seattle show start at $17 and are available online.
Living in a small town can be harsh, mainly because Warped Tour does not even attend the state I live in. Instead of allowing that to be aggravating, my best friend Ali and I looked at this opportunity of travel in positive light. Although the Minnesota Warped Tour date is only three hours north, we decided to travel and be free of the stressors in our everyday lives. We drove to Minneapolis the night before and went out and about in the great city.
It’s been a massive week for new releases and videos, so let’s do a bit of recap.
Alkaline Trio and Bayside rocked the roof off Marathon Music Works in Nashville on Sunday, May 12th. Fans, both old and new, trickled in when the doors opened at 7:00.
