The Flavr Blue

Seattle’s own, The Flavr Blue, are one of the fiercest dance/electronica/soft-house trios around. With musical resumes boasting roles such as singer, songwriter, rapper, producer, disk jockey, and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis collaborator, these dudes and dudette have found a way to mesh their skills via synth-infused tracks to get you jumping and fist-pumping the night away.
Amidst their tech-y DIY set up consisting of MacBook Pros, countless synthesizers, drum machines, and custom lighting fixtures, perhaps their strongest asset as a band is the most organic component of their music — the three part harmonies. All three members of the group take turns singing on their records, but as a first time listener, you might not think of any one of them as a stand-out vocalist. However, when Hollis, Lace Cadence, and Parker Joe sing together harmoniously, there is definitely a spark that sets them apart from the countless other dance/electronic outfits in the scene.
