      Last week we had the pleasure of hosting American Island, STRNGRTHNGS, and Peace Mercutio at The High Dive in Fremont. We sold out the cozy little bar with this trio of major Seattle players, packed with smooth croonings, lights and lasers, and an emotional farewell to Peace Mercutio… hence the working title “Peace Out Mercutio”.

      Our good friends Andy, Dan, Taylor, and Sam are calling it a day for their band, Peace Mercutio. We’re honored to be hosting their final show at our next RCA hosted event at the High Dive, with American Island and STRNGRTHNGS! Come on down on December 5th to help us see them off!

      Last week, California acoustic breakout This Wild Life brought their headlining tour in to Seattle’s El Corazon Lounge. The band came in to pick up Peace Mercutio for the rest of their PNW dates, and brought in local band Shoreline Drive to round out the night. Fans at this year’s Emery show will recognize these three names, as all three artists shared the El Corazon main stage earlier for The Weak’s End 10th Anniversary Tour.

      Our friends in Peace Mercutio are kicking off a mini-tour with Californian acoustic duo This Wild Life tonight at El Corazon! Shoreline band Shoreline Drive will also be playing this lounge show. Tickets are $10 advance for this all-ages show, and $12 at the door. See you there!

      This weekend, our friends in Peace Mercutio and American Island will be teaming up with premier Seattle rock band The Classic Crime for a great night at The Nectar Lounge! Tickets are in the high teens, but if you buy through Peace Mercutio online, they’ll save you some cash AND donate all presale funds to ALS research, no ice buckets needed. This show WILL sell out, so don’t wait!

      Seattle icon The Classic Crime hasn’t played a single live show yet so far in 2014, but good news: the band will be playing a Seattle show featuring American Island and Peace Mercutio in August! The band will be playing The Branx in Portland 8/27 and the Nectar Lounge in Seattle 8/31. These shows will undoubtedly sell out, so pick up tickets online ASAP.

      This Saturday, 7/26, El Corazon’s lounge will host a plethora of familiar faces covering familiar songs! Bands like Alabaster (!!!), Peace Mercutio, and An Old Best Friend will all be present, covering songs from Taylor Swift, Tooth & Nail, Michael Jackson, and more. Tickets are $7 advance, $10 at the door, and available on the El Corazon calendar. Doors at 6:30!

      This Saturday, catch Seattle band Peace Mercutio headlining an acoustic show in El Corazon’s lounge, featuring the talents of The Common Names, AJ Caso of We The Audience, Forget Me Not, An Old Best Friend, and Alina Ashley Nicole.
