      Portland breakout artist AgesandAges will be in the great PNW this week, with a show in Vancouver BC TONIGHT at The Rickshaw Theatre with Colin Cowan & The Elastic Stars and Joyce Island. Tomorrow, 6/26, AgesandAges will hit Seattle’s Tractor Tavern with Western Haunts and Man Made Moons! Tickets for the Seattle date are available online for a tidy $10!

      The PNW has a long pedigree of excellent festivals, and Pickathon is an old favorite in our corner of the States. Pickathon’s latest lineup is looking to be yet another bright star in our illustrious festival history. Held August 1-3 in Happy Valley, Oregon, notable artists include new announcement The War On Drugs, Nickel Creek, Warpaint, Angel Olsen, Foxygen, AgesandAges, Diarrhea Planet, and way, way, way, more. Tickets and event information are all available on the Pickathon website and Facebook page!


    5. News : AgesandAges Release New Song ‘I See More’

      Hot on the heels of their critically acclaimed song Do The Right Thing, Portland’s AgesandAges have put out a new song titled I See More. It’s a real toe-tapper, and available for streaming on SoundCloud now. Catch the video for Do The Right Thing below, and keep an eye out for more from the upcoming album ‘Divisionary’, out 3/25!


    6. News : Sasquatch 2014 Lineup Announced

      Two weekends, two massive lineups. The ‘Squatch is back and bigger than ever, with a weekend in May (23-25 for Memorial Day) and a weekend in July (4-6, with fireworks!). The May playbill is headlined by a newly reunited Outkast, as well as The National, Queens Of The Stone Age, Kid Cudi, breakout artist Haim, The Naked And Famous, and EDM hit Major Lazer (yes, the one that gave us, somewhat unfortunately, Bubble Butt). PNW artists will also be present, featuring acts like Portugal. The Man, The Physics, Fly Moon Royalty, Hobosexual, and Sam Lachow.
