It’s uncommon to get so many great new songs in a week, but December keeps on giving. Here’s a quick recap of the goods on our radar!

First up, vocal pop band The Exchange posted a fun new cover of Olly Murs’ hit song Troublemaker. The video more than fits the song title. Take a look below, and follow The Exchange on Facebook!

Seattle’s long running pop rock act New Heights put out their first new single in what feels like forever, a moving acoustic driver titled Dear that features both Chris Kwak and Travis Graham’s vocals. Watch it below:

We’d like to congratulate Toronto’s bristling new punk band Pup for signing with SideOneDummy! These guys are as talented as they are intense, and their music video for Reservoir is gruesomely awesome.

    Brace yourself:

Or, for the faint of heart, a live version that is still quite good:

Mutual Benefit, the sometimes-one-man project of New Yorker Jordan Lee, has a new music video for Advanced Falconry, off his upcoming record ‘Love’s Crushing Diamond’. Mutual Benefit will visit Vancouver 1/21, Seattle’s Barboza 1/22, and Portland 1/23.

Detroit band Shapes & Colors posted a new single, Exhale, a valiant pop rock track that you need to get ears on. You can stream it now on Bandcamp or buy it on iTunes for $1.29. Worth it!

EDIT: Seattle DARLING crooner Tess Henley has put up her new Christmas song, Lead Me With Your Light for streaming and purchase on SoundCloud. This girl is the real deal!

Last but definitely not least, Pure Bathing Culture released a beautiful cover of Jessie Ware’s Wildest Moments on SoundCloud. The Portland duo will bring their touring musicians to Seattle 2/4 at Neumos and 2/5 in Vancouver BC!
